- I communicate better in lists.
- I'm a nursing major, and I couldn't be more excited about it!
- I'm kind of a nerd. But not really. But kind of.
- I have the best parents in the world. Don't even try to argue.
- I am the middle child, and I love it!
- I love the word "happenstance," but I don't think happenstance is ever really happenstance. Much like serendipity.
- I have a heart for the nations, and especially for Haiti.
- I tend to cry a lot, but I'm really an optimistic, half-glass-full kind of person. I'm not easily annoyed, but apparently my threshold for tears is much lower.
- I really like to smile.
- I click my tongue in the back of my throat when I wave at people (why? no idea).
- When I take pictures the up-and-down way, for some reason I turn the camera the opposite way that most people turn it.
- When I write, I tend to use fragments to punctuate my points. I'm sure you've noticed it. It's a dreadful habit, but I kinda like it...
- I love to swing dance.
- I'm a sucker for operatic tenors.
- I believe in happily ever after. Really -- EVER after.
- I'm not opposed to husbands or men in general, but I will assume myself called to singleness until proven otherwise.
- I really...really...really love listening to people. I cannot stress this enough. If you ever need to vent to someone, please email me. I've learned sometimes the best thing I can do is not advise, though that took a while to figure out, but I simply want to be here, allow you to get any yucky stuff out in the open (by "open" I mean no one else will ever hear about it) and pray with and for you.
- I believe that Jesus Christ is LORD, that He is who He says He is, that He will do what He says He can do. I believe in claiming the promises of Scripture as my own. I believe in victory through the Cross. I believe it is by grace I have been saved.
- I believe in love, I believe in life, and I believe that both of these flow from Jesus.
- I believe this is long enough.
About Me
I've never done one of these cute little "About Me" pages that actually describes me, so I think I'm going to try.
